Delivery Policy iWater

Delivery Time and Working Hours:

• Working hours: From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Sunday shifts are in the morning.
• Maximum delivery time: Within 2 hours from the time of order placement.

Free Delivery:

• Orders of 3 bottles/boxes or more will be delivered for free.
• For orders of less than 3 bottles, a delivery fee of 25,000 VND per delivery will apply.

Bottle Deposit Policy:

• If you do not have an empty bottle to exchange, a deposit of 50,000 VND per bottle is required.
• Note: iWater accepts exchanges with bottles from popular brands such as LaVie, ion Life, Bidrico, Vĩnh Hảo, Vihawa, Top, Satori, and Miocen.

Extra Fee for Stair Carrying:

• Carrying up to the 1st and 2nd floors: 2,000 VND per bottle per floor.
• Carrying to the 3rd floor: 8,000 VND per bottle.
• Carrying to the 4th floor: 12,000 VND per bottle.
• iWater does not provide service for carrying bottles beyond the 4th floor.

Bottle Return Fee:

• Option 1: Return bottles directly to iWater’s warehouses to receive the full deposit refund.
• Option 2: If iWater retrieves the bottles, there will be a collection fee of 30,000 VND per visit (for less than 10 bottles).
• For returns of more than 10 bottles, please contact iWater for further arrangements.
